Excluded People Integration by the use of Telematic Innovative Opportunities

The EPITELIO project explores the ooportunities that telematics can give to the fight against the social exclusion in Europe. Here we show the view the associated partner IEPALA, with his telematic network Red EuroSur, has about such project.
