CONSUMERS AND NEIGHTBOURS is an organisation that stems from the Spanish Confederation of Neighbour Associations (C.A.V.E.), following its historical fight for the citizens welfare.

CONSUMERS AND NEIGHTBOURS considers that the defence of the consumer´s right has a positive influencie in many aspects of people´s daily life, such as: the economy and prices, health, public services, food acomodation, leisure..., focusing particularly on collective consumption.

CONSUMERS AND NEIGHTBOURS stands for consumers policy that gransts the consumer´s right in the framework of an economic development that respects the enviorement in a fair and responsible way, in order to achieve an integraL quality of life.

CONSUMERS AND NEIGHTBOURS wants their associates to be the main actors in its relation with political parties, companies and trade unions by means of distributing information and giving advice and training as primary elements for the participation of its members, and the common interes of the consumers.

CONSUMERS AND NEIGHTBOURS is a aware of the negative aspects of inflation not oly on the consmer´s purchase power, but also on the economy as a awhole. This is why Consumers and neighbours is going to undertake a genuine fight against gneral increases of prices, by means of infoming the consumers about training programs, guides and dictionaries... and lunching campaigns in certain periods of the year such as Christmas, and commercial festivities.
